1. What you're agreeing to

These terms cover your use of puppiessale.org, run by Puppy Ready ("we", "us"). By reading the site, taking the checklist or using a form, you accept them. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the remedy is simple: don't use the site.

2. A free resource — nothing is bought or sold here

Puppy Ready is a free informational website about preparing for life with a puppy. There are no accounts, no paid features and no purchases of any kind. The email signup subscribes you to a free checklist email, and the contact form sends us a message; neither ever involves payment.

We do not sell, advertise, list, broker or arrange the rehoming of animals, and nothing on this site is an offer to do so. Where the site discusses finding a dog, it describes how to evaluate shelters, rescues and breeders yourself; any dealings you have with such organisations are entirely between you and them.

3. Not veterinary or professional advice

Everything on this site is general information for a general audience. It is not veterinary, behavioural, legal or financial advice, and it can't account for your particular dog, home or circumstances. For anything touching an animal's health, diet, vaccinations or behaviour, consult a qualified veterinarian or qualified trainer. Never delay seeking veterinary help because of something you read here.

4. Accuracy and your own judgement

We write carefully and correct mistakes when readers point them out, but we can't promise the site is complete, current or error-free — rules and best practice also differ between countries and regions. You use the information here at your own judgement, and decisions about acquiring or caring for an animal remain yours alone.

5. Photos and content

The photographs on this site are illustrative stock imagery licensed under the Unsplash License; the dogs pictured are not dogs we own, know or offer. The text, checklist, paw mark and page designs are ours. You're welcome to link to any page, and to share short excerpts with credit; please don't republish whole pages or present our material as your own.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. In particular, don't:

• use our forms to send spam, abuse or unlawful content, or to impersonate someone else;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or the services it relies on;
• scrape the site to build listings, or use it to give the impression that we endorse, sell or supply animals.

7. Third-party services and links

Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and fonts are served by Google Fonts; both operate under their own terms. Where we point you toward outside organisations — shelters, rescues, breed clubs, veterinary bodies — we don't control them and can't vouch for them; evaluate them with the same care our guides describe.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this free site or your reliance on its general information — including decisions about choosing, acquiring or caring for an animal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top always tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
